Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Legal to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all product communications. Support for sensitive comms (e.g., data topics, platform policies, incidents, and legal or regulatory matters) with strong judgment and executive-ready recommendations.  Analyst Relations Help enhance and operationalize Apollo’s analyst relations strategy, with a focus on influence, education, and long-term relationship building. Manage day-to-day engagement with key analysts including Gartner, Forrester, GZ Consulting, Info-Tech, and others. Develop analyst-facing materials such as briefings, decks, messaging frameworks, and market POVs. Internal Communications  Lead planning and execution of all-hands meetings, including agenda development in coordination with executive team leaders, speaker preparation, content production, and run-of-show coordination. Develop internal communications content and cross-channel cadence that reinforce Apollo’s narrative and strategy, ensuring employees understand company goals, priorities, momentum and moments of change. Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements for org changes, product updates, milestones, and other company-wide initiatives; ensure internal and external comms are tightly aligned, synchronized, and strategically sequenced. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in corporate communications (B2B tech, SaaS, AI, or GTM industry experience preferred). Strong track record of data storytelling and translating research into earned media and thought leadership. Exceptional writing and editing skills, from crisp messaging to long-form content. Proven experience leading product launches, product PR, and simplifying complex technical narratives. Experience with media relations, analyst relations, crisis communications, AI/ML technology, and product communications. A builder’s mindset: comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities. Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Exec teams.
