Learn more at www.doubleverify.com. What You'll Do DV is looking for a Marketing Programs and Operations Manager to join our Marketing Programs & Operations team. This is an execution-focused individual contributor role responsible for the day-to-day building, deployment, and management of email campaigns and marketing programs within HubSpot. You'll be the team's go-to for getting campaigns out the door with speed, accuracy, and quality. Working closely with your manager, you'll support the broader team's goals around data-driven reporting and full-funnel marketing — while keeping email and campaign management as your home base. This is a global role — you'll support marketing programs across regions and time zones, ensuring campaigns are executed and optimized for our international teams. Responsibilities include Build, test, QA, and deploy email marketing campaigns — including newsletters, lead nurture programs, product updates, and event promotions — with speed and accuracy Manage email scheduling, audience targeting, and list segmentation within HubSpot, coordinating across global regions and time zones to ensure timely delivery Support the implementation of event promotion workflows in HubSpot Own reporting on email and campaign performance on a regular cadence, surfacing insights and recommendations — not just metrics Support broader team reporting and dashboards as needed Lead A/B testing across email campaigns in partnership with content and creative teams to improve engagement Manage list processing, normalization, and importing to maintain data quality Support database hygiene and data maintenance efforts within HubSpot Coordinate with Content, Product Marketing, Creative, and Field Marketing teams across regions to gather and align assets for campaign execution Collaborate with Sales Ops on lead funnel process flows and engagement sequences Contribute to documenting HubSpot email processes, quality standards, and operational best practices Stay current with email marketing best practices, platform innovations, and accessibility standards Ability to assist with other MOPs tasks as needed including basic CMS updates, social posting, reporting, etc. Who You Are 4+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or a similar campaign execution role Hands-on expertise in a marketing automation platform — HubSpot highly preferred; Marketo or similar experience accepted Working knowledge of Salesforce and how it integrates with marketing automation platforms Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, teams, and deadlines simultaneously Analytical mindset with comfort pulling and interpreting campaign performance data Ability to code and troubleshoot emails in HTML and CSS is a plus Familiarity with landing pages and forms to support campaign execution a plus Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (ABM) concepts and how campaigns support account-level goals Understanding of how marketing campaigns contribute to the broader lead-to-revenue funnel Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across creative, content, and operations teams and is comfortable working with global stakeholders across time zones. Occasional late-night or early-morning calls or work to accommodate global stakeholders will be required. HubSpot certification or willingness to obtain within first 3 months Preferred Qualifications B2B marketing experience; digital media or ad tech experience is a plus Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or at least Hubspot’s native reporting Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com Experience with global marketing campaigns and teams The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000.00 - $101,000.00. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
