It drives SOP improvements, workflow automation, and AI adoption while partnering with eCommerce Sales Specialists on data-driven merchandising to maximize conversion and revenue. The role also oversees product data governance, site enhancements, cross-functional projects, escalations, and digital transformation initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilitieso   Manage, oversee, and optimize e-commerce operations across 40 countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and localization excellence.o   Define and improve operational SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworkso   Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvementso   Drive automation, personalization, and AI-powered improvements.o   Lead end-to-end product lifecycle managemento   Partner with eCommerce Sales Specialist to develop data-driven merchandising strategies to maximize conversion, AOV, and revenueo   Ensure accurate product data, pricing, taxonomy, and content governanceo   Drive site-wide improvements, feature enhancements, and digital transformation initiativeso   Manage project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigationo   Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e-commerce operations.o   Oversee escalated customer feedback and operational issues.o   Optimize user journeys and customer satisfaction across markets.o   Stay current with e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.o   Perform other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online merchandisingExperience managing multi-market or global e-commerce environmentsStrong understanding of website architecture, UX principles, and conversion optimizationStrong project management and stakeholder management skillsExperience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) is a plus.Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.)Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageousStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
