Scope:Core responsibilities include System Design and Development of front-end web pages using React JS and backend development using Java and Spring Boot framework.Lead a team of small sizeOur current technical environment:Software: React JS, C++, XSL, JSP, Java Script, HTML, CSS, Java, Rest API, Spring Boot, RDBMSFrameworks/Others: Material UI, Spring Boot, GIT, RDBMS, Oracle, JiraWhat you’ll do:Modernize existing application from legacy technologies to React JS/Spring BootLead and manage a team of small sizeEnsure timely deliverables to customers as per the commitmentsStrong Technical Expertise on System DesignExperience in architecting the Web Applications with any JavaScript framework like React JSDevelopment using React JS and Java, MicroservicesDrives/Leads the development, performs the code reviewsLearns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and toolsDemonstrates good understanding of relevant domain and solutionsDemonstrates good understanding of the productDevelops in depth knowledge in certain components of the productUnderstands and analyzes business requirements and designs providedAssists with technical designDevelops and executes Unit TestsFollows standard processes and proceduresIdentifies and resolves software bugsTests and integrates with other development tasksDemonstrates problem solving and innovation abilityProactively picks up development and maintenance tasksPlans and prioritizes workProactively reports all activities to the reporting managersProactively seeks or helps as requiredWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of experience in Product Development.Experience in Web Development using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and associated frameworks such as React JS with ES6 features.Experience in leading a team/projectExperience in Java and J2EE technologies with excellent understanding of OOPS concepts and Design Patterns.Experience in Microservices development using Spring Boot frameworkExcellent knowledge on Relational Databases like OracleKnowledge on REST architectural stylesCompetent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activitiesExcellent communication skillsExperience with Tools like JIRA/Git/Jenkins and Continuous Integration.Excellent Problem Solving and Trouble shooting skillsHigh levels of ownership and commitment on deliverableExperience in Agile Development MethodologyOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
