The Project and Operations Manager is responsible for driving visibility, coordination, and accountability across CLEAR’s airport infrastructure portfolio. This role serves as the central point of control for all development initiatives, ensuring projects are tracked, prioritized, and delivered effectively across assigned stations.
What you'll do:
Own portfolio-wide tracking of all infrastructure and real estate projects across assigned airport stations, ensuring clear visibility into timelines, budgets, and status for launches, expansion, and priority initiatives.
Manage and maintain the Leasehold Improvement Request (LIR) pipeline, driving prioritization and alignment across leadership on capital investments and project sequencing
Establish and enforce program management standards, including reporting cadences, milestone tracking, and risk identification
Drive cross-functional coordination across Real Estate & Development, Facilities Operations, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure projects stay on track
Act as the central point of accountability for project reporting and performance, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and escalating issues as needed

Accuracy and timeliness of portfolio reporting across all active projects
On-time delivery of projects through effective tracking, prioritization, and escalation
Visibility and alignment across stakeholders on project status, risks, and priorities
Effectiveness of LIR management and capital planning coordination

The total compensation range for this role is $140,000.00-$190,000.00 / year depending on level of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary and incentive compensation consistent with our current compensation program for this position at CLEAR. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
