Job Requisition ID #26WD98740Position OverviewAutodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes. We are looking for a professional with CAD/CAE experience in the Design and Manufacturing (D&M) space. You should have experience supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions.You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group, a team that helps strategic customers maximize success and achieve stronger returns on their investment while valuing professional development, supporting growth, and rewarding high performance. ResponsibilitiesDeliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflowsConduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomesLead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1: many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharingAct as a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technologyDevelop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standardsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a related fieldExpert knowledge of Autodesk InventorAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical conceptsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to converse fluently in Korean Preferred QualificationsAdditional knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Fusion, Inventor Nastran or CAMExperience delivering technical training to large, demanding customersExperience identifying and improving Design & Manufacturing workflow challenges through Autodesk solutionsExperience working collaboratively with global teamsTakes ownership and adapts to changeAbility to converse in English #LI-KC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
