Job Requisition ID #26WD99158Position OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic and well-connected Community Manager to help grow and energize the Forma community across the US. You’ll play a central role in execution and be responsible for sparking and amplifying conversations around Forma Site Design and future offerings, both online and at key industry events. You’ll collaborate with a dispersed team and work independently to drive engagement, build relationships, and deliver measurable impact. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership - who wants to stretch across the full toolkit of community marketing: from ideation to impact.  Responsibilities Scale the Forma content creators program, empowering users to become advocates and content creatorsSpark, participate in, and amplify discussions across LinkedIn, Reddit, and associated forums - with a focus on the US marketInput into a growth-led community strategy grounded in data, experimentation, and user insightsRepresent Forma at key architecture events and conferences, building relationships and driving engagementSupport feedback loops between the community and product teams to influence roadmap decisionsActive and adept at social media and creating engaging contentStay ahead of trends in community marketing, architecture, and AI to inform strategy and innovationInputting into planning and reporting cycles Minimum QualificationsExperienced architect with deep network and credibility within the architecture communityComfortable with ownership and execution - taking ideas from concept to reality, and thriving when you're trusted to drive outcomes across the full community marketing toolkitAble to identify blockers that are slowing you and the team down, and working with stakeholders to clear the wayExcellent communication skills - you’re a natural storyteller and connector. Comfortable presenting to peers in the industryBasic video editing skillsTechnically proficient with a range of Architecture software, Microsoft Office Suite, and, ideally Copilot, Slack, Teams, Zoom. Quick to learn new toolsWillingness to travel for events and team offsitesFamiliarity with Autodesk Forma (especially Forma Site Design) is a plusIdeally have experience applying AI tools in marketing or community workflowsIdeally comfortable with experimentation and learning fast from dataLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $91,000 and $163,350. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
