As we continue our business model transformation, driving continuous adoption of our technology is key to long-term customer value and partnership.Position OverviewAs a Product Adoption Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the Design & Manufacturing space as they begin their journey with Autodesk solutions. Working across the EMEA region and reporting to the Manager of Emerging Business Customer Success, you’ll drive high-quality customer engagements through proactive outreach — via phone, email, and digital channels — to ensure customers are activated, onboarded, and set up for long-term success. Your passion for technology, understanding of the D&M industry, and ability to connect with customers across markets will make you an essential part of our global Customer Success team.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setupDrive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impactDevelop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usageSupport customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become riskAnalyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support to drive customer success milestonesDocument all customer activity and opportunities accurately in SalesforceMinimum QualificationsFluency in English and German (written and spoken)Experience in a customer-facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similarFamiliarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D&M tools (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRMStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiencesComfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsAdditional fluency in French or ItalianBackground in MFG, D&M, PLM, or a related technical fieldExperience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business modelsKnowledge of 3D modeling tools or cloud technologiesBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline — or equivalent experienceIf this sounds like you — even if you don’t meet every qualification — please consider applying.
