Job Requisition ID #26WD99381Location: Bengaluru, IN (Hybrid)Position OverviewThis role will support technical deliverables and training to ensure the smooth operation of a 90+ person team converting $7 billion USD of AR to cash a year. Primary responsibilities include team representation on technical projects (requirements gathering, testing, etc.), team training, reporting, and close coordination with other internal teams to drive technical deliverables to completion. This role will serve as a point of escalation for other members of the CFS Technical Operations TeamResponsibilitiesWork with the Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to outline and document policies and proceduresLearn and fully understand the Order to Cash (OTC) process at Autodesk, in order to assist with automation projectsAttend meetings and represent CFS AR with regards to ongoing ERP updates and automation effortsAssist in ad hoc projects such as collections efforts or AR reconciliation projects as neededInteract with internal teams such as Tax, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Client Services, among othersAssist with reporting as neededMinimum QualificationsStrong understanding of the Order to Cash (OTC) process5-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit and CollectionsStrong project management skillsGood understanding of GAAPAdvanced Excel skills, proficient in all other Microsoft Office programsExcellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables at onceStrong influencing skillsSAP or large-scale ERP system experienceSalesforce experienceTechnical skills expected:Strong systems knowledge SAP S4, Excel (Power query), Power BI, SFDC, AI skills setsBackground in Finance (AR / Collections management) idealAbility to document new processes or update existing onceOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsData analytical skillsAI (chat bot)Preferred QualificationsProject management experienceExperience with agentic AI implementationsWorking with a global teamExperience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)Finance degree preferred#LI-RV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
