Job Requisition ID #26WD99466Position Overview Join a high-impact global finance team responsible for converting over $7B in annual accounts receivable into cash. In this role, you’ll take ownership of withholding tax processes across regions—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visibility across a complex, high-volume environment. You’ll partner closely with Tax, Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Engineering teams, serving as a key escalation point and driving improvements in systems, reporting, and processes.Why This Role MattersThis role sits at the intersection of finance operations, tax compliance, and systems optimization. Your work will directly impact cash flow accuracy, reduce risk, and improve scalability for a global business.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end withholding tax tracking and reconciliation, including accruals to expensesManage withholding taxes for APAC, Middle East and Latin AmericaPartner with Credit & Collections and AR teams to track, validate, and reconcile withholding tax certificatesEnsure proper documentation and archiving in line with company and audit requirementsCollaborate with Tax, CFS, and Engineering to configure and maintain accurate withholding tax rates in SAP (by customer and country)Support audit activities related to withholding taxDevelop and maintain monthly reporting and forecasting, including Power BI dashboardsAct as a point of escalation for withholding tax issues within the broader CFS teamContribute to process improvements and cross-functional projectsMinimum Qualifications5–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, and/or withholding tax operationsStrong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processWorking knowledge of global withholding tax requirementsSolid understanding of GAAP principlesExperience working with SAP or other large-scale ERP systemsAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong project management and organizational skills,Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in a global, cross-functional environment Preferred Qualifications Exposure to automation initiatives (RPA) or process optimizationFamiliarity with SalesforceExperience with AI-driven or agentic process improvementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field#LI-RV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
