Job Requisition ID #26WD99504The Business Development Representative for EMEA Sales is responsible for driving lead generation and qualification while providing comprehensive sales support across early-stage pipeline activities for regional accounts. This role leverages CRM systems and analytics to identify customer opportunities, ensure accurate lead routing, and maintain compliance with internal sales processes. The position requires strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to coordinate complex activities with diverse internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and go to market teams. Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage target accounts through outbound activities such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and event follow-upResearch accounts, facilities portfolios, and stakeholders to tailor outreach messagingGenerate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Sales SpecialistsRespond to inbound marketing leads and assess fit based on defined qualification criteria (industry, use case, building lifecycle stage, and buying intent)Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges related to facilities operations, building lifecycle data management, manufacturing and logistics operations and efficiency Clearly articulate customer needs and map them to high-level Autodesk value propositionsIdentify opportunities within assigned accounts and schedule sales activities, exercising sound judgment and occasionally adapting from standard practices when appropriate Pass well qualified leads to appropriate sales teams or partners in alignment with established routing guidelines Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems, including lead tracking, activity logging, follow ups, and reporting Execute semi routine assignments independently, seeking guidance primarily for new or complex workstreamsOrganizational & Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks, manages multiple projects, and meets deadlines with minimal supervisionBuilds strong relationships during lead qualification and anticipates customer needs to provide relevant solutionsCollaborates effectively with cross functional and sales stakeholders to support prospecting activitiesLeverages CRM systems, dashboards, and analytics to identify opportunities and support data driven decision making Minimum Qualifications1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or lead development role (B2B SaaS preferred)Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders via phone, video, and written channelsComfort with outbound prospecting and handling rejectionOrganized, metrics-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneouslyExperience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales engagement platformsmandatory business proficiency in English and any other european language (German, Nordics, Dutch) Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with AEC, Manufacturing, Construction technology, facilities management technology marketsExposure to enterprise or mid-market sales environmentsExperience qualifying leads using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC (at a high level), or similar Key Success MetricsQualified meetings scheduledPipeline generationLead response time and conversion ratesActivity levels (calls, emails, social touches)Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
