Job Requisition ID #26WD98550Position overviewThe Territory Account Representative expands new business of all of Autodesk’s portfolio in key accounts to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. The portfolio can be sold directly to customers, prospects, or via business development activities with partners in assigned geographies. This position reports to a Territory Sales Leader and will work closely with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, and Autodesk Field Sales.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute a business plan which includes target territory, resources, and which solves business needs for the definedPlan and execute selling strategies that reflect strategic thinking, industry and technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills to grow the revenue base and/or adoption cycle for select product(s)Identifying Customer Business Initiatives (CBIs) and setting strategies to help customers achieve desired outcomesCollaborating with the Account Team to ensure alignment on account strategies and objectivesCreates and follows up on sales leads within designated accountsOwns sales to his/her assigned territory and drives expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV)Develops important and effective relationships within the account including key executivesAct as a representative of Autodesk and give presentations to client groupsDevelops and maintains sales forecast with opportunity managementParticipating in regular Account Team calls to discuss updates, insights, and action itemsKeep up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and new technologies, utilizing this information for business improvementMinimum QualificationsProven experience (5+ years) of exceeding sales quota in the assigned territorySoftware selling experience into the AECO industry is a must haveFluent English and TurkishExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to think strategically, solve complex problems, and demonstrate robust industry knowledgeProven experience of managing and growing a portfolio of midmarket accounts in a complex business solutionsStrong executive selling and relationship experience#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
