Job Requisition ID #26WD99505The Renewals Representative, Regional Accounts, DACH, is responsible for executing end-to-end renewal motions to protect and expand the existing customer base in the DACH region. They streamline workflows, minimize manual touches, and engage in customer procurement interactions. As they progress through levels, they evolve from performing routine tasks under supervision to leading strategic initiatives and influencing organizational practices. Their work ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through seat expansions and proactive engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute End-to-End Renewal Motions: Own and streamline renewal workflows,  minimizing manual effort and ensuring timely executionClose Renewals: Protect the existing customer base by closing renewals accurately and efficientlyDrive and Close Seat Expansions: Sell additional seats to existing buyers at time of  renewals, leveraging playbooks and cross-functional strategiesMonitor Auto-Renewal Status: Track and intervene when auto-renewals are disabled to prevent churnCustomer Procurement Interaction: Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure smooth renewal executionProvide Feedback: Share insights into products and packaging based on customer interactionsSkillsTime Management: Efficiently manage high-volume renewal cycles and optimize workflowsCustomer First: Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and policy developmentCommunication: Apply and lead communication strategies to secure renewals and influence stakeholdersNegotiation: Engage in and lead negotiation tasks, applying creative and strategic techniquesTechnical Proficiency: Use CRM and renewal tracking systems to automate workflows, analyze data, and flag exceptionsLanguages: Fluent German and English required, French & Italian would be a plusPerformance MetricsRenewal rate and retention metricsVolume and value of seat expansionsTimeliness and accuracy of renewal executionCRM usage efficiency and automation adoptionCustomer satisfaction and feedback scoresChurn prevention and upsell signal identificationCollaboration RequirementsAE Engagement: Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to identify and execute cross-sell and expansion opportunities at time of renewalsCustomer Success: C ollaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to identify and execute customer retention and adoption methods, as appropriate with Autodesk-led post sales engagementsPartner Engagement: Provide support to partners, escalating from light-touch assistance to strategic influenceInsight Sharing: Communicate churn risks, renewal blockers, and upsell signals across teams and geographiesMentorship and Influence: Mentor junior team members and influence organizational practices and policiesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
