Job Requisition ID #26WD99442Position OverviewAutodesk is in the midst of a significant back-office transformation, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to support automation initiatives that streamline and enhance Finance processes. This role will focus on automating manual workflows using citizen-led and AI tools, in close partnership with finance, business, and engineering teams, while directly supporting Finance Transformation priorities. ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Accounting Quality: Assist in evaluating and documenting manual finance processes to identify automation opportunities that improve accuracy, standardization, and close cycle efficiencyAutomation & AI Tools: Use citizen-led and AI-driven tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, MSFT Copilot) to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and process automationCollaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams such as finance and engineering to ensure that automation initiatives are fully aligned with organizational objectives and business requirementsTraining and Support: Assist training and provide support to end-users on post- automation processes to facilitate smooth transitionsContinuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and automationMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CA/CMA/CPA/MBA will be a plus5-8 years of relevant experience in Accounting or FinanceStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsPassion for technology and innovation, with a proactive interest in applying data, automation/AI tool to finance challengesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, MSFT Copilot) is preferred but not required#LI-MR2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
