Job Requisition ID #26WD99424Position OverviewThe Autodesk Interactive Graphics Solutions group is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to develop world-class commercial web applications used by construction companies to increase efficiency and reduce the high amount of waste produced during construction. If you are a Software Engineer proficient in web application development and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced team with state-of-the-art technologies, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesContribute across the full software development lifecycle, from implementation to deployment and continuous improvementDevelop scalable, secure, high-performance frontend applications using modern web technologiesTranslate product requirements into iterative, customer-facing enhancements with guidance as neededCollaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers across distributed teamsMaintain high engineering standards through peer reviews, testing, documentation, and clean code practicesLearn and apply company software engineering and agile practices; surface risks and blockers early and seek mentorship from technical leaders and senior engineersLeverage AI tools and modern engineering productivity techniques in daily workflowsParticipate in technical discussions and contribute to team-level improvementsWork in a flexible, hybrid environment using modern engineering tools and practicesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cyclesMinimum Qualifications2-3 years of hands-on frontend development experience or Bachelor of Science or higher degree in computer science or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactGood understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and browser internalsExperience with modern testing frameworks like Jest and CypressProficiency with Git and collaborative development workflowsExperience working in Agile environments with short release cyclesAbility to write clean, maintainable, well-documented codeSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with state management solutions such as Redux, MobX or React QueryFamiliarity with bundling tools (e.g., Webpack, Rsbuild) and modern build systemsExposure to web-based 3D visualization technologiesBasic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment modelsExposure to backend technologies such as Node.js and C#Experience with AWS or similar cloud platformsThe Ideal CandidateA curious engineer who stays current with emerging tools and technologiesComfortable working in distributed, cross-functional teamsAdaptable and capable of managing priorities with guidanceCommitted to learning and improving engineering practicesCollaborative mindset with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersOpen to working in a hybrid environment and leveraging in-person interactions to strengthen collaboration and problem-solving#LI-AC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
