Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our regional team based in Paris.The primary focus of this role is to help structure profitable deals that meet the needs of a diverse set of internal partners, grow Adobe's revenue, and make our Western EMEA sales teams more efficient and productive. This role will own first line deal approvals, participating in deal structuring and accelerating deal closures. This will be accomplished by partnering with your sales teams to identify Customers’ key business issues and assist in crafting transactions that meet both Adobe's and Customer's goals and requirements and the Customer’s needs.What you’ll doManage the day to day deal approval process, communicate via documented business case with cross-functional partners to articulate deal value in a consistent mannerGuide and counsel the sales teams during the different phases of the deal cyclePrepare and draft the sales orders, ensure validation and finalisation from all internal partnersInteract with internal partners, including but not limited to: Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit and other functionsRegularly connect with your sales teams to ensure consistent knowledge and application of process and policyPerform to a specified set of metrics and service levelsEnsure that transactions respect Adobe's internal revenue recognition rules, compliance policies and operational guidelinesEvaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvementWhat you need to succeedBachelors/Masters or equivalent experience in Finance, Business or related fieldSome experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations and/or Deal DeskA genuine curiosity about deal structuring, sales support, and commercial operationsAbility to work independently in a fast paced environmentCapability to build strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partnersFamiliarity with multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services and support)Awareness of software revenue recognition principlesStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProfessional working proficiency in English and French, written and spokenKnowledge of other European languages appreciated but not required.About AdobeAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
