Field and Channel Enablement LeadDescription -Job SummaryThis is a fixed term role requires someone who Leads the Field & Channel (F&C) Enablement function for Greater Asia, driving the rollout of global programs, services, and solutions into country execution. Ensures strong alignment between strategy, pricing, and delivery while improving business performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and effective change management.ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio Enablement:Drive planning and execution of F&C programs across their lifecycle, ensuring readiness for sales and smooth service delivery.Global to Regional Deployment:Translate global strategies into localized country execution plans, working closely with regional and global stakeholders.Change Leadership:Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new programs, processes, and tools across markets.Business Performance & Insights:Analyze data to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities; drive actions to improve productivity, quality, and growth.Cross-Functional Leadership:Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives across Field, Channel, Sales, and Support teams to deliver business outcomes.Governance & SLAs:Define and manage service levels, governance frameworks, and operating cadence to ensure consistent execution.Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with global, regional, and country leaders; support key customer and partner priorities.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor team members, building strong program management and enablement capabilities.
