You take briefs from the regional Commercial Marketing Managers for promotional and NPI asset requirements, coordinate with the global creative team on asset production, and review outputs to ensure they meet market requirements before localising them through the Celtra (artworking) platform to the correct translations and specifications for each market and partner.On the POS side, you work from briefs provided by the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager to ensure all physical POS artwork is localised accurately, checking it meets regional specifications before delivery to markets and managing the coordination between creative, agency and regional partners.This is a role for someone who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple briefs across different markets simultaneously and confident working between creative, commercial and agency teams to keep things moving.Key ResponsibilitiesPOS Artwork LocalisationSupporting the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager with the localisation of POS artwork across all markets. The Specialist ensures that artwork is adapted accurately for each region and delivered to the right partners on time.Receive POS artwork briefs from the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager and coordinate localisation across all relevant marketsWork with creative and agency partners to ensure artwork is adapted to the correct translations, specifications and format requirements for each marketReview localised artwork outputs to ensure they meet brief requirements before submission for Commercial Marketing Manager final approvalTrack artwork delivery against NPI and campaign timelines, flagging any risks to the EMEA Merchandising Programme ManagerManage the distribution of approved artwork to the relevant teamsDigital Asset Management and LocalisationCoordinating the localisation and distribution of digital marketing assets across all EMEA markets, working between the global creative team and regional Commercial Marketing Managers.Work with the global creative team to receive and manage NPI and campaign digital assets for EMEA marketsUse the Celtra platform to localise assets for each market, adapting language, format and specifications in line with market requirements and brand guidelinesCoordinate with regional Commercial Marketing Managers to ensure assets are reviewed, approved and delivered on time for campaign and NPI launch windowsManage the distribution of final assets to markets, maintaining a clear version-controlled asset libraryTrack localisation timelines and flag any risks to delivery to the Senior Commercial Marketing ManagerProgramme and Operations SupportSupporting the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager with the administrative and operational requirements of the POS programme, ensuring the day-to-day running of the function is well coordinated and documented.Manage purchase order creation and tracking, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in line with Sonos Finance requirementsCoordinate invoice processing, tracking approvals and flagging any discrepancies to the EMEA Merchandising Programme ManagerSupport agency onboarding administration, ensuring all required documentation, system access and processes are in place for new partnersMaintain accurate records of agency contracts, rate cards and SOW documentation, flagging upcoming renewals or expiriesAbout YouEssential2+ years of experience in a marketing operations, project coordination or commercial marketing support roleHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyComfortable working with digital asset management tools; experience with Celtra or similar localisation platforms is a strong advantageA collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across creative, commercial and agency teamsClear communicator, comfortable coordinating across multiple markets and time zonesNice to HaveExperience working in a consumer electronics, lifestyle or premium FMCG environmentFamiliarity with POS or retail operationsFluency in a second European language (German or French preferredYour profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
