This role partners closely with the Compensation Team Lead, regional Total Rewards partners, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR Operations, and business leaders to drive the successful execution of global compensation programs and initiatives. The position plays a critical role in translating compensation strategy into execution, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, effectively, and at scale. At Genesys, you will contribute to building fair, competitive, and data-driven compensation practices that support employee engagement and business performance across a global workforce.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Compensation Team Lead to implement and administer global compensation programs and initiativesDrive ongoing enhancement of compensation policies, practices, and governance frameworksServe as a compensation resource for HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholdersEnsure compensation programs align with company philosophy, market practices, and business objectivesLead key activities for the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary adjustments, incentive payouts, and equity allocationPartner with the Team Lead to manage budgets, project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communicationsTrack deliverables, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues as neededCollaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and regional Total Rewards partners to ensure successful executionSupport system testing, validation, reporting, training, and deployment activitiesConduct post-cycle analysis and contribute to continuous improvement effortsConduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses to support decision making and program effectivenessDevelop reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights for leadership and key stakeholdersSupport pay equity analyses, governance reviews, and ongoing monitoring activitiesAnalyze workforce and compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport the advancement of global job architecture and leveling frameworksContribute to job family reviews, leveling assessments, and governance processesAssist with job evaluations and maintain documentation for consistency across the organizationMaintain job architecture tools, resources, and supporting documentationDraft and maintain compensation plan documents, policies, procedures, guidelines, and training materialsDevelop communication materials for managers and employees related to compensation programsEnsure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with program objectivesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Consulting, or related disciplinesExperience supporting enterprise compensation programs within a global organizationStrong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary administration, and governanceExperience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platformsDemonstrated analytical capability with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendationsFamiliarity with compensation survey platforms such as Radford, Mercer, WTW, or Korn FerryAdvanced Excel and reporting capabilitiesStrong written communication skills, including experience drafting policies, plan documents, and executive presentationsExperience supporting annual compensation planning cycles and job architecture initiativesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a multinational technology, AI, or SaaS organizationCCP, GRP, or related compensation certification#LI-Remote#LI-CP1Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
