You will own a greenfield territory, build pipeline from the ground up, and lead new business sales cycles that expand Genesys’ market presence. This position offers strong career acceleration, ownership of pipeline creation, and the opportunity to shape growth across high-potential accounts.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing net-new customers within an assigned SMB territoryExecute outbound prospecting strategies across calls, email, social selling, and events to build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunitiesDevelop and execute account penetration plans that expand market reach and create new revenue streamsLeverage sales technologies and intent data tools to prioritize accounts and optimize outreach effectivenessManage and advance opportunities through the sales cycle by aligning solutions to customer business objectivesMaintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce, Clari, and related tools to track performance and forecast accuratelyCollaborate with marketing, business development, solution consultants, and channel partners to drive coordinated account strategiesDeliver compelling value propositions that connect Genesys solutions to customer challenges and growth goalsRepresent Genesys at events, webinars, and customer engagements to build brand awareness and credibilityBuild relationships with senior stakeholders and position Genesys as a trusted advisor in customer experience transformationRequired Qualifications:2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or technology sales with a track record of generating new business opportunitiesStrong prospecting and pipeline generation skills with a focus on net-new customer acquisitionExperience using modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, or similar platformsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholdersStrong organizational and account planning skills with a data-driven approach to sales executionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing prioritiesCollaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally to achieve shared business goalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience selling cloud-based software, customer experience platforms, or contact center solutionsFamiliarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologiesExperience developing opportunities within greenfield or new market accountsKnowledge of industries such as healthcare, financial services, retail, or technologyCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
