In addition, this role serves as a strategic finance business partner, working closely with operational and commercial teams to drive performance, profitability, and informed decision-making.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & AccountingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and closing processesMaintain integrity and accuracy of financial data2. Finance Business PartneringPartner with business units to drive financial performanceChallenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectivesTranslate financial results into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholdersSupport strategic initiatives (e.g., expansion, product launches, cost programs)Develop KPIs and performance dashboards aligned with business goalsAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on financial implications of business decision3. Internal Controls, Risk & ComplianceEstablish and maintain internal control frameworkEnsure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirementsManage internal and external auditsIdentify, assess, and mitigate financial risks4. Cash Flow & Treasury ManagementMonitor and manage cash flow and liquidityOptimize working capital (AR, AP, inventory)Maintain banking and financing relationships5. Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementLead and develop the finance teamCollaborate cross-functionally to align finance with business strategyPresent financial insights to senior leadership and boardDrive a culture of accountability and performanceOther duties as assigned.   Pre-Requisites :QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA preferred)ExperienceMore than 10 years of finance experience, including leadership rolesProven track record in financial reporting and business partneringExperience working closely with non-finance stakeholdersRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
