You will work with cross functional teams across departments to consistently follow procedures, answer inquires completely and clearly and then provide feedback on reoccurring issues, causes of escalations, and offer remedies for improvement are the basics for the function.Job DescriptionReceive and troubleshoot Razer products from customers requesting RMAPerform hands-on testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of returned RMA units under the guidance of Repair Center SpecialistsSupport spare part inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment activities across the Asia Pacific regionAssist with inter-repair-center communications regarding stock availability updates and shipment coordination for outstanding spare part RMAsPrepare shipping documentation, arrange dispatches, and track deliveries of replacement products and spare parts across the Asia Pacific regionSupport inventory management activities, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and reportingCompile and maintain operational reports related to repair activities, spare parts utilization, and inventory performanceAssist in identifying opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve repair center efficiencySupport AI and automation initiatives through data preparation, process mapping, documentation, testing, and validation activitiesProvide administrative and operational support for repair operations projects and initiatives as assigned Learning ObjectivesTechnical Troubleshooting and RepairInventory and Spare Parts ManagementQuality Assurance and Product ValidationLogistics and Fulfillment OperationsCommunication and Cross-Functional CollaborationProcess Improvement and Operational ExcellenceExposure to AI and Automation in Repair Operations Candidate RequirementsAttention to detail is criticalStrong and proven problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple assignments concurrentlyExcellent organizational skillsMust demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict timelinesAble to excel and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and self-drivenExcellent verbal and written communication skills and comprehensionSolution-oriented mindsetProcess-driven and dedicated to following and improving established policies and proceduresAbility to critically think and analyze information on the flyCurious and willing to learn new technologies, including AI-powered tools and automation solutionsComfortable working with data, reports, and technology platforms to support operational decision-makingPre-Requisites :Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
