Clarivate is hiring a Strategic Account Manager – Major Accounts to join our team. The Strategic Account Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for managing, growing, and expanding relationships with key global clients across Life Sciences and Healthcare. This role owns a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth, retention, and long-term customer value.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience10+ years in enterprise sales or strategic account managementExperience selling into pharmaceutical or biopharma companiesProven ability to manage complex enterprise accountsExperience selling data, analytics, or consulting solutionsIt would be great if you also have . . .Advanced degree in business or life sciencesExperience managing global, matrixed client relationshipsFamiliarity with enterprise procurement and contract expansionExperience in market access, clinical, or data solutionsStrong consultative selling skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsWhat will you be doing in this role?Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with accountability for revenue growth and retentionBuild and maintain senior-level relationships including C-suite stakeholdersDevelop and execute comprehensive account plansIdentify whitespace and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesLead complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise negotiationsServe as primary point of contact and ensure strong customer experienceConduct executive business and account reviewsPartner cross-functionally across internal teamsMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM dataStay current on industry trendsSuccess MeasuresRevenue growth and retentionExecutive relationship strengthPipeline quality and forecast accuracyCustomer satisfaction and partnership valueEffective internal collaborationAbout the TeamThe Strategic Account team manages Clarivate’s largest and most complex customers across Life Sciences and Healthcare, spanning multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed with global flexibility25 - 30% of travel is requiredCompensation – US only The expected base salary for this position is $153,600 - $172,800 USD per year. This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings.
