Lead Product Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Product Full Stack Engineer to join our Med Tech Engineering Team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain to build high-quality, scalable applications while contributing to the design, development, and evolution of our modern software systems.We would love to speak with you if you have experience in full stack development, system design, and building robust, maintainable applications. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field7+ years of relevant experienceStrong experience designing and developing full stack applicationsExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies to enhance software delivery and engineering productivityWorking knowledge of modern AI technologies and ecosystems, including LLMs, generative AI applications, AI APIs, and related frameworksAbility to assess and adopt AI-driven solutions that improve application capabilities, developer experience, and SDLC effectivenessGood experience working with Python, AWS, Angular, relational databases, and other related technologiesProven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standardsSolid understanding of software architecture and system design principlesExperience working with modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including AgileStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective and scalable solutionsGood experience with automated testing tools and frameworksExperience reviewing code and guiding engineering best practicesStrong oral and written communication skillsIt would be great if you also had . . .  Experience defining and leading technical architecture for complex systemsExperience working with large-scale or distributed systemsExperience mentoring or providing technical guidance to team membersFamiliarity with evaluating and adopting new technologiesUnderstanding of medical or healthcare dataWhat will you be doing in this role? As a member of the engineering team, you will step into a key role in designing, building, and enhancing software solutions from product conception to the end user interface.Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable full stack applications on the Cloud, have a meaningful impact on our customers, and work in our high energy, innovative, fast-paced Agile cultureDrive rapid prototyping and development with Product and Technical teams in building and scaling high-value applications and functionalities.Define and contribute to system architecture and technical design decisionsDeliver complex features across systems while ensuring performance, quality, and maintainabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsDrive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and documentationMentor team members and provide technical guidance where neededContinuously evaluate and improve systems, processes, and technologiesProduct you will be developing  Supporting and developing AI-enabled solutions for a suite of products that track medical devices and supplies across various markets and regions and provide valuable insights to our Biotech and Pharmaceutical clients.   About the Team    This role works closely with the product managers, data analytics and operations teams, other internal IT teams, and external vendors and partners.
