We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property Lifecycle Management (IPLM) Product & Onboarding Services Team in Korea. The IPLM Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring the world-class delivery of Clarivate’s IPLM software to support the business processes for our mid-size, large, and strategic clients by delivering projects on schedule and within scope and budget, relying on best practices and adhering to defined implementation methodologies.This is an amazing opportunity to work on on-boarding our IPLM Products. We have a great skill set in Intellectual properties and information technologies and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in one or both areas.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 2-3+ years of software implementation and/or consulting experienceBachelor’s degree or relevant professional formative experiencePossess extensive IP knowledge who can understand customer’s IP processes and requirement, as well as can provide recommendationExperience working in IP Department in Corporate, and even better working with the IP management software.Experience with sales/presales/customer success positions in IP companies or  related software companies will also be consideredIt would be great if you also had . . . Hands-on knowledge of Intellectual Property management best practices, filing procedures, data, business processes, and terminologyExperience with or the ability to learn:The Salesforce PlatformSaaS Implementation MethodologiesThe ability to communicate exceptionally well, both in writing and verbally in English and Korean, including communicating with diverse, dispersed and remoted teamsTo be a be a detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently in an agile, fast-paced, business environment and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.The interpersonal skills to build trust and develop lasting client relationshipsRelevant work experience in the Intellectual Property field is an advantageWhat will you be doing in this role?Assume ownership of implementation projects from initiation to close and be accountable for ensuring the ultimate success of the project.Consult with the internal Project team and Client users to understand the Client business process and functional requirements;Coordinate with internal Project Team members to configure the system according to the business process requirements in compliance with Professional Services implementation methodologies and best practices, as well as achieving project milestones within the agreed project cost and timeline.Assist Clients with the testing of functional requirements, supporting issue resolution and refining the as-built solution configuration in an iterative, agile approach to meet business process requirements.Provide training to the Client Project team on functional solutions and support client functional training sessions.Assist clients during Go-Live and provide Go-Live Support.Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and provide functional expertise to support trouble-shooting efforts post-Go Live to the Customer Success team.About the Team  The team consists of 34 team members and is reporting to the Senior Director, Service Implementation, APAC.Join Clarivate as a Technical Consultant in Korea and become a trusted advisor to clients using IPfolio, our Salesforce-based intellectual property management solution.
