We are seeking an IP Admin Senior Analyst (Trademark Docketing) to join our US IP Admin Team, within the Service Operations team at Clarivate. This team is responsible for fulfilling trademark operational tasks as requested in most areas of trademark prosecution (applications, registrations, recordals and renewals) based on defined workflow and Standard Operating Procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Trademark docketing support to customers, including deadline management, docketing maintenance, correspondence processing, and support of Trademark prosecution activities. This position is subject to U.S. export control requirements under the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”).About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience1+ year of trademark docketing experience1+ Experience with IP Docketing/Database Systems (e.g. FoundationIP or similar)Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and ExcelIt would be great if you also had...2+ years of experience with FoundationIP, Memotech, or IPFolioU.S. and foreign patent docketing, filing & prosecution experienceA paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is a plusWhat will you be doing in this role? Monitor and manage a high-volume shared docketing inbox, prioritizing and processing incoming requests across multiple matter typesDocket and maintain deadlines for trademark applications, oppositions, cancellations, litigation matters, and foreign filingsAnalyze correspondence to identify critical deadlines and ensure accurate docket entryCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding case status, deadlines, and required actionsProcess incoming and outgoing communications within IP management systemsPrioritize and execute docketing/de-docketing requests in accordance with SLAsMaintain accurate and complete records, including document management and file updatesSupport complex trademark workflows, including opposition and litigation-related docketingAssist with performing quality checksDevelop and maintain knowledge of U.S. and international trademark procedures, including contested mattersAbout the TeamCome join our US IP Admin Team at Clarivate!
