DPAs will also perform health checks and pull monthly metrics from the DLP consoles supporting Program Analysts (PAs) and Program Strategy Managers (PSMs) with monthly reporting. Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the firm’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that Proofpoint is constantly improving upon the organization’s ISMS. Each member of our team must understand the importance of the ISMS and the subsequent handling of client data.Your day-to-dayMonitoring of all Data Loss Prevention events for Proofpoint’s Managed Services clientsEscalating all necessary events to the clients via approved escalation pathsPerforming health checks for all the Data Loss Prevention environments for Proofpoint’s Managed Services clientsFollowing all associated Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures to perform health checksProviding policy recommendations to the consultants based on trends they see during daily monitoringResponsible for pulling metrics from the Data Loss Prevention consoles to assist the PAs and PSMs with presentations/reportingMaintaining customer policies in DLP environments, ensuring use cases are adhering to customer requirements.What you bring to the team Experience in information security, digital forensics, intelligence, risk management, or similar fieldBachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Criminal Justice (or other applicable degree, and/or commensurate, applicable experience)Ability to analyse data sets and uncover unique attributes and trendsDemonstrated organizational and scheduling skillsRigorous attention to detail Passion to find innovative and creative solutions to complex problemsAbility to work effectively with team members and with clients Self-motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneouslyConsultative skills and strong judgmentAbility to communicate complex ideas and solutions to a variety of audiences Strong time management skillsNice to have Experience working with DLP, CASB, SIEM, email and/or web gatewayAnalysing data and deriving business intelligencePerforming computer or cyber forensics and investigationNetwork+, Security+, SSCP, ITIL, ISO 20/27k, CFE, and related certifications Why Proofpoint?At Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
