While most of the work we do is independent, we share what we know and step in to assist others on the team in order to meet the needs of all our customers.This role follows a schedule aligned with Pacific Time (PT) business hours.Your Day to DayWork with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment programDevelop implementation and communication strategiesCreate and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reportsResolve low-level technical issues as they pertain to Proofpoint Security softwareFollow approved escalation process for all other software concernsHandle a Managed Services account load and keep an updated status for each of the Managed Services customers in our CRM system.
