We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.本ポジションでは、従業員の入社から退職までのライフサイクル全般に関わりながら、人事オペレーション、労務、福利厚生、Employee Relations、人事プロジェクトなど幅広い領域をご担当いただきます。日々の人事業務を支えるだけでなく、業務改善や制度運用の最適化にも積極的に取り組み、従業員体験（Employee Experience）の向上に貢献いただくことを期待しています。仕事内容Japan People Experience Teamの一員として、人事業務全般を幅広く担当いただきます。まずは入退社手続きや従業員からの問い合わせ対応など、人事オペレーションの中核業務を担っていただきます。その後、労務管理、福利厚生運営、Employee Relations、人事プロジェクトなど、担当領域を広げながら人事ジェネラリストとして専門性を高めていただきます。また、米国本社や韓国拠点の人事チームと連携しながら、グローバルな環境で業務を推進いただきます。日々のオペレーションを正確に遂行するだけでなく、業務プロセスの改善や効率化、人事システムの活用・最適化にも主体的に取り組んでいただくポジションです。主な担当領域従業員ライフサイクルサポート入退社手続きの対応従業員からの各種問い合わせ対応従業員データの管理・更新就労証明書の作成産休・育休取得者、休職者への対応労務・福利厚生健康診断、ストレスチェック、インフルエンザ予防接種の企画・運営福利厚生制度の運営勤怠管理に関するサポート衛生委員会への参加および運営サポート社会保険労務士やPayroll Teamと連携した給与関連業務のサポート労働関連法令の改正に伴う制度・規程の見直しおよび運用Employee Relations従業員からの相談対応職場課題や人事案件への対応関連部門やPeople Business Partnerと連携した課題解決プロジェクト・業務改善人事関連プロジェクトの推進・サポート人事システムや業務プロセスの改善契約書締結に関する業務人事アナウンスの作成・配信各種資料作成および翻訳業務（英語→日本語、韓国語→日本語）人事関連研修の企画・運営・実施応募資格（Must）人事実務経験3年以上日本の労働関連法令および労働基準法に関する理解と実務経験複数の関係者と連携しながら課題解決を推進した経験高いコミュニケーション能力と対人対応力ネイティブレベルの日本語力ビジネスレベルの英語力歓迎スキル・経験社内研修の企画・運営経験Employee Relationsまたは従業員相談対応の経験メンタルヘルス対応の経験第二種衛生管理者資格日常会話レベルの韓国語力このポジションの魅力従業員ライフサイクル全体に関わる幅広い人事経験を積むことができる労務、福利厚生、Employee Relations、人事プロジェクトなど多様な領域に携われる米国本社や韓国チームと連携しながらグローバルな環境で働くことができる業務改善やプロセス改革にも主体的に関与できる従業員体験の向上に直接貢献できるやりがいのあるポジションAdditional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
