OverviewBlue Yonder is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Director to join our Sales team in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the Sales Team, the Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies, success selling into both commercial and government organisations, as well as experience managing and mentoring sales teams. What You’ll DoDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goalsLead a team of sales professionals, including setting performance goals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluationsCoach Account Managers through deal strategy, account growth and developing a customer roadmapMaintain a deep understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs, and use this knowledge to drive sales successEstablish and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and influencersCollaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales successReport on sales performance, including regular forecasting and pipeline managementContinuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness What We Are Looking For: Experience in sales and sales management in a leadership roleProven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growthExperience leading and mentoring sales teamsStrong understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersResults-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for driving sales successStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of cloud hyper-scaler environments and AzureSaaS and ARR sales motionsEnglish language, Arabic a plus.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
