Scope:BYDS is seeking a detail-oriented Java Developer to join our Test Automation Engineering team to improve product quality and test automation. You will design, build, and maintain robust automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes, ensuring high-quality, reliable software solutions utilizing Java and related technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will work closely with senior developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust software solutions that meet business needs. In this role, you will be expected to write functional and integration test cases to increase test automation coverage and to participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and be able to contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, behavior-driven-development (BDD) and software engineering principles.
