Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Belgrade and play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. Deliver data-driven insights to support business goals and support informed decision-making, interacting closely with internal teams to understand their requirements. Create, maintain, and support interactive, self-service reporting and data visualization solutions. Perform and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed to address specific business questions. Identify opportunities to automate data processes for regular requests. Gather, analyze, and model data using analytical tools, documenting the steps taken in an analysis. Generate monthly metrics and reports on key business indicators. Conduct regular data and system reporting audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of information. About the Team  You’ll be part of a global team working on patent intelligence products used by professionals worldwide.
