The work you do here — every discovery session, every demonstration, every client relationship — contributes directly to that mission. What You'll DoServe as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, leading presales conversations, presentations, and solution design around nCino's platform capabilitiesConduct deep-dive discovery sessions to identify solutions for key business challenges and articulate the strategic value of nCinoProvide subject matter expertise in credit, lending, and the broader banking and financial services sector, acting as a thought leader both internally and externallyLead detailed product presentations and demonstrations, handling functional questions with confidence and clarityConfigure the nCino solution and translate user stories into technical requirements, tailoring demonstrations to highlight the platform's value for each unique prospect or clientCollaborate closely with PreSales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success colleagues to deliver a cohesive and compelling experienceTravel across the EMEA region to engage with clients and prospects in person (up to 75% travel)Ideally You'll HaveSolid experience in banking or financial services, or in a Fintech presales environmentA proven track record of building strong relationships with prospects and clients across multiple teams and seniority levelsExceptional communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable in front of large groups and senior audiences, and you know how to engage and persuade with clarityThe ability to respond quickly to complex, fast-moving scenarios and adapt your approach when the situation demands itFluency in both French and EnglishFamiliarity with loan origination workflows, credit risk management, or lending-specific regulatory requirements is a strong advantageExperience with Salesforce — whether as a user or in a configuration capacity — is a plusIn Return We're OfferingWe believe that great work deserves great support. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
