This position will be responsible for providing technical support to SailPoint crew members in their respective region as well as coordinating escalations, logistics and other support needs for team members globally.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for all technical support issuesEscalate trouble tickets to our infrastructure and development teams as appropriateCoordinate end user support with other Helpdesk team members or teamsPerform basic Active Directory/O365 administrative tasksPerform hardware and software maintenance / troubleshooting on all end user equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on equipment and softwareProvide support and assistance to local and remote employeesTrack and document your work clearly and efficientlyAssist with administering new and existing systems and softwareCreate documentation of solutions to reported issues, resolution steps, support proceduresDocument processes and take inventory of systemsPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Experience creating documentation, how to articles or equivalentProven troubleshooting abilities with a strong customer service orientationAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, be organized and manage your timeAbility to exercise good judgementAbility to setup, install, configure, and troubleshoot basic Windows and Mac applicationsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent self-task management skillsFamiliarity with setup, install, and configure of Android and iOS devices preferredFamiliarity with automated provisioning tools, service desk software preferredCustomer service orientedEducation:HS Diploma or equivalentCompensation varies based on your level of education from high school to Masters and the role applied for.The reasonably estimated hourly rate for interns at SailPoint ranges from (USD):$15 - $35.00Benefits Overview1.
