Experience with HighJump/Koerber is strongly preferred Comfortable working highly visible, floor-driven shifts that require extensive walking, real-time coaching, and fast operational decision-making across a 10+ hour shift Strong command of operational KPIs including productivity, quality, safety, throughput, and labor efficiency, with a track record of improving measurable performance outcomes You're genuinely excited about what AI can do — not just as a concept, but as something you want to get your hands on. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily, and we're looking for people who lean in. How You Will Make An Impact Lead day shift fulfillment operations across outbound fulfillment, inbound receiving, returns processing, and kitting while ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule Own the operational execution for Babylist’s kitting function, supporting the team responsible for assembling some of the company’s most important customer-facing products Drive labor planning and workflow coordination across multiple operational areas to maintain throughput targets and minimize downstream operational disruption Serve as the primary on-site operational leader for day shift, making real-time decisions that balance employee experience, safety, productivity, and business needs Coach and develop frontline leaders through consistent floor presence, direct feedback, accountability conversations, and operational problem-solving Partner closely with HR and leadership to address employee relations issues, performance management situations, attendance concerns, and policy enforcement with fairness and consistency Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that improve productivity, inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and shift-to-shift consistency Maintain strong operational partnerships across Inventory, Safety, Transportation, and other shift leadership teams to ensure alignment across the fulfillment center Use operational data, labor reporting, and WMS insights to monitor performance trends, prioritize resources, and improve execution across the building Reinforce a safety-first culture where compliance, operational discipline, and accountability are embedded into daily team management and floor operations Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaks Walk the floor extensively, averaging 10,000+ steps per day Lift and move items up to 20 lbs regularly throughout the shift Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion About Compensation We pay competitive market rates.
