They will be responsible for crafting and driving the operating model for the organization.This role operates at the center of the Platform Governance organization, with end-to-end ownership of how strategy is translated into execution. You will lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives while establishing the systems, processes, and governance frameworks that enable the organization to scale optimally.This is a highly visible role that combines elements of strategy, operations, and execution leadership. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
