This is the senior-most facilities role in-country, reporting to the APAC Regional Facilities Manager. This role combines strategic and operational leadership with a strong people-first approach, crafting environments where employees feel supported, included, and able to do their best work.What you will accomplishLead facilities operations across India, creating safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace environments aligned with global standardsBuild trusted, collaborative relationships with collaborators, actively listening and translating business needs into effective workplace solutionsDrive vendor performance and accountability through clear SLAs, benchmarks, and governance frameworksManage operating budgets and optimise costs while maintaining high service quality and employee experienceStandardise processes and practices across sites while adapting to local requirementsFoster an inclusive, people-first workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing, engagement, and efficiencyWhat you will bring7+ years experience leading multi-site facilities or workplace operations within a country or region. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Hospitality, or a related field and relevant certifications (e.g. CFM, FMP, LEED, PMP) are advantageous.Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, build inclusive teams, and compose a positive and encouraging workplace cultureStrong skills in managing collaborators, with the ability to understand perspectives and influence effectively in a matrixed organisationExpertise in vendor management, including contract oversight and performance improvementStrong financial competence and ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic environmentFluency in English required, with additional Indian languages an advantage; willingness to travel domestically as requiredAdditional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
