And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.**This position is located in Seattle, WA**The Director, Regional Demand Center (RDC) – North America is a critical leadership role within Revenue Marketing, responsible for translating global demand generation strategy into high-impact regional execution that fuels pipeline and drives revenue.This leader will oversee the North America RDC, ensuring the seamless orchestration of go-to-market campaigns across channels, regions, and segments. The role is responsible for ensuring campaigns are effectively localized, activated, and optimized to achieve regional pipeline goals.The position requires strong operational leadership, systems thinking, and close alignment with Sales, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations to deliver scalable, data-driven demand generation at speed.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop a high-performing Regional Demand Center team across North AmericaDefine clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations within the RDCFoster a culture of operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvementBuild capabilities across campaign execution, demand operations and performance optimizationRDC Strategy & ExecutionOwn the North America RDC operating model, ensuring efficient and scalable campaign executionTranslate global demand generation strategies into actionable regional plansBalance standardization with regional customization to maximise pipeline impactEstablish clear intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for campaign executionCampaign Orchestration & DeliveryOversee end-to-end campaign execution across channels (digital, paid media, webinars, sales & marketing programs, email nurtures, creative, operations, partners)Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, at scale and aligned to regional prioritiesMaintain high standards of execution quality and consistencyPartner with Field Marketing to support regional programs and account-based initiativesSales Alignment & Pipeline ImpactAlign RDC output to Sales priorities including:Territory and segment plansKey account coveragePipeline generation and acceleration goalsEnsure effective lead management, routing and follow-up processesPartner with Sales and BDR teams to improve conversion and pipeline velocityPerformance Tracking & OptimizationDefine and track key performance metrics including:Pipeline generated and influencedConversion rates across the funnel, campaign performance and ROIUse data and insights to continuously optimize campaign effectivenessEstablish feedback loops between regional teams and corporate marketingCross Functional CollaborationPartner closely with:Integrated marketing (strategy & campaign design)Field Marketing (regional priorities and execution alignment)Product Marketing (messaging and positioning)Marketing Operations (systems, automation and reporting)Sales and BDR leadership (pipeline alignment and follow up)Acts as the regional voice of execution, providing insights to improve global programsProcess, Systems & ScaleBuild and optimize scalable processes for:Campaign intake and prioritizationExecution workflowsReporting and performance trackingEnsure effective use of marketing automation and CRM systemsIdentify and address bottlenecks in the demand generation engineRequired qualificationsBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field10-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology organizationsProven experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing operationsDemonstrated experience working within or leading a Regional Demand Center (RDC) or similar centralized demand modelStrong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management and funnel metricsExperience managing and developing teams in a fast paced, high volume environmentFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sixth Sense etc) and CRM systems (Salesforce)Core Skills & CompetenciesDemand Generation Expertise: deep understanding of campaign execution and pipeline creationOperational Excellence: strong process design and execution disciplineData-Driven Mindset:  ability to analyze performance and drive continuous improvementSystems Thinking: Ability to design scalable, repeatable demand generation processesCollaboration & Influence: Effective cross-functional partnership across global and regional teamsCommunication Skills: Clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levelsExecution at Scale: ability to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity or enterprise technology environmentsExperience working in global, matrixed organizationsFamiliarity with ABM modelsExperience supporting multi-region or multi-segment campaign executionWhat Success Looks LikeSeamless execution of global campaigns adapted effectively for North AmericaMeasurable contribution to pipeline generation and conversionStrong alignment with Sales and Field marketing prioritiesScalable, efficient RDC operations with clear processes and accountabilityContinuous improvement in campaign performance and ROIHigh performing, engaged RDC team delivery consistent results#LI-EM1 #LI-HybridThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
