This role bridges business process design, technical configuration, and customer outcomes, ensuring customers achieve measurable value and long-term success.Solutions Architects partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to design, validate, and optimize customer architectures that support growth, efficiency, and adoption across trades.Travel : 30-40%What you'll do:Customer Architecture & Solution DesignDesign end-to-end ServiceTitan solutions aligned to customer business goals, operational maturity, and trade best practicesTranslate customer workflows into scalable configurations across:Business Units, Job Types, Campaigns, Pricebooks, Memberships, Dispatch, Reporting, and IntegrationsEnsure solutions follow ServiceTitan best practices while balancing customer-specific requirementsTechnical & Functional ExpertiseAct as the subject-matter expert on ServiceTitan platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap-aligned solutionsEvaluate and design integrations with third-party systems (e.g., accounting, payroll, CRM, marketing, BI tools)Support complex data structures including pricebooks, reporting hierarchies, and multi-location or multi-trade environmentsCustomer Advisory & EnablementLead technical discovery and architecture discussions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholdersClearly articulate trade-offs, risks, and recommendations in a way that builds trust and drives alignmentSupport customers through change management by guiding adoption and future-state designCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Implementation and Customer Success teams during onboarding, optimization, and expansion phasesProvide architectural guidance to Sales during complex pre-sales or upsell motionsServe as a feedback loop to Product and Engineering by identifying recurring gaps and opportunitiesGovernance & DocumentationCreate and maintain solution documentation, diagrams, and decision logsEnsure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with internal standardsIdentify risks early and proactively recommend mitigation strategiesWhat you'll bring:5+ years of experience in:Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Design, or Implementation rolesExperience designing and supporting SaaS platforms with complex business logicStrong understanding of service-based or field service businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, or similar)Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience with ServiceTitan (implementation, configuration, or administration)Experience with:ERP / FSM systemsAPI-based integrationsAccounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite)Background in customer success, professional services, or enterprise SaaSFamiliarity with data modeling, reporting, and analytics conceptsCore CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution disciplineCustomer-first mindset with a consultative approachAbility to manage ambiguity and complex problem spacesStrong documentation and architectural reasoning skillsBias toward scalable, repeatable solutionsWhy ServiceTitanAt ServiceTitan, we build technology that powers the trades and the people who run them. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $78,400 USD - $104,900 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
