A solid foundation in QA principles and the ability to design scalable test frameworks are essential.ScopeEnsure high product quality through efficient defect detection, risk assessment, and collaboration across cross-functional teamsCollaborate across cross-functional teams to validate software against business, technical, and compliance requirementsGrow into test automation responsibilities over time, with TestComplete as the primary automation toolOur Current Technical EnvironmentLanguages & Tools: Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Git, JenkinsAutomation (Growth Path): TestCompleteApplication Architecture: Page Object Model (POM)Cloud Architecture: OCI, Microsoft AzureFrameworks: TestNGTracking & Management: JIRA, TestRailWhat You’ll DoDesign, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for web and desktop applicationsConduct functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testingEnsure software meets business, technical, and compliance requirementsLog, track, and manage defects through resolution using JIRA or similar toolsPerform root cause analysis, collaborate with developers on fixes, and suggest preventive improvementsVerify security controls and assist in vulnerability testing initiativesMaintain accurate documentation and traceability matrices to support audit readinessCommunicate release readiness to product and development stakeholdersCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and security teams in an Agile environmentTake part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesDrive continuous improvement of QA processes and standardsGradually expand into test automation using TestComplete, including support for CI/CD integrationWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience), such as B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or an MCS/MCA with a Computer Science specialization5 –7 years of QA experience with strong proficiency in both manual and automated testingSolid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesProven experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect documentationStrong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilitiesBasic scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or PythonFamiliarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRailExposure to TestComplete or SeleniumOnly Immediate joiners preferred and needs to be in Pune office every week.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
