Scope:The Technical Architect/ Java Technical lead will lead customer project implementations from a technical perspective, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This individual will work directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing technical leadership, guidance, and expertise to achieve optimal outcomes.Our current technical environment:Software: Java, SpringBoot, Oracle, My SQL, Ext JS, React Framework, Groovy, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Codacy, GitHub Advance Security, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker etc.Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, Secure Multi-Tenant ArchitectureCloud Architecture: OCI, MS Azure, Oracle, SingleStore, Maria DB, AS2, SFTPFrameworks/Others: Kubernetes, RDBMS, Spring Boot, React JS, Snowflake, Kafka, ElasticsearchWhat you’ll do:Conducting discovery sessions with CustomersAnalyzing Customer requirements and documenting Software Requirements SpecificationProducing design documents and participating in design reviewsCreating project planWriting code, unit tests, and build/deployment scriptsParticipating in code reviewsReviewing Test StrategiesMonitoring and Managing project executionExecuting performance/scalability tests & profiling hotspotsCollaborating with Solution Architects, Product Management Group, Product Development, QA, TechOps and Production Support during the various phases of the projectWhat we are looking for:BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply ChainMinimum 6 - 10 years of experience in software development and implementationLooking for Immediate joinersStrong analytical problem-solving skillsStrong Object-Oriented Programming Skills. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.Extensive knowledge of the Java programming language and good understanding of software design patternsHands on expert in full stack development experience using any of the stack Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, React JSExperience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and Object/Relational frameworks. Should be able to write SQL queries, procedures, triggers and do basic performance tuning.Experience with enterprise integration patterns & protocols, including SOAP, REST, JMS, EDI.Experience writing build & deployment scripts (e.g. Ant)Expert in leveraging continuous integration and robust build/test automation, with a preference for cross platform stacks and containerization (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle)Experience in one of the public cloud technology stacks such as Azure, AWS, GCPExperience with Docker Containerization and KubernetesExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsSystems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, supportPrior experience in development or consulting with an enterprise software vendor is a plus.Functional knowledge of supply chains, logistics, order management, etc. is a plusSome experience with a scripting language such as Python or Ruby preferredSome experience with newer web client technologies such as ReactJS, AJAX, EXTJS preferredOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
