Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Intern Role Overview:Drive meaningful engagement across APAC markets by supporting integrated marketing programs that influence pipeline growth and customer connection. This role contributes directly to how modern audiences discover, interact with, and build relationships with the brand across digital and field channels. At Genesys, we are redefining customer experience through AI-powered innovation and human-centered design, and this role plays a part in amplifying that impact across emerging markets. You will gain exposure to regional marketing strategy, collaborate across sales and partner ecosystems, and build foundational skills that support long-term career growth in global marketing.Key Responsibilities:Support execution of regional marketing programs that contribute to pipeline growth and customer engagement across APAC marketsCoordinate field events, webinars, and integrated campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience interactionCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with target accounts and business prioritiesExecute targeted marketing initiatives for priority accounts to improve engagement and conversion outcomesAnalyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing effectivenessPartner with external stakeholders to develop and execute co-marketing strategies that expand reach and revenue impactDevelop marketing assets including email campaigns, landing pages, and social content tailored to regional audiencesManage post-event and campaign follow-up activities to ensure effective lead tracking and engagement continuityDrive growth of APAC social channels through localized content strategies that resonate with younger audiencesConduct market and competitive research to inform campaign planning and strategic positioningMaintain accurate and up-to-date campaign data within CRM and marketing platforms to support reporting and insightsRequired Qualifications:Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesDemonstrated interest in marketing, events, and campaign executionAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured mannerStrong attention to detail and organizational capabilityCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teamsFoundational understanding of marketing performance metrics and willingness to learn data-driven practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace toolsInterest in leveraging digital tools and AI technologies to improve efficiency and productivityPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, or content marketingFamiliarity with CRM or marketing automation platformsExperience supporting events, student organizations, or marketing projectsBasic understanding of analytics tools or campaign performance tracking#LI-GR1#LI-HybridIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Genesys® empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
