About the RoleAspire’s Marketing team drives the strategy behind our GTM playbooks — generating pipeline and supporting growth across the full range of Aspire offerings. As an Audience GTM Specialist, you will be a key supporting contributor across demand generation, sales enablement, events, and asset management, helping the team execute more effectively by coordinating workstreams and applying AI tools to scale output.Reporting to the Director of Landscape & Pest GTM, this role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow — someone who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, execute on direction from senior team members, and apply AI tools to accelerate content production and audience intelligence across the GTM function. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
