WMS Project ManagerBlue Yonder is seeking a WMS Project Manager to lead the implementation of Blue Yonder solutions for enterprise clients. This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end delivery, working closely with customers, internal teams and Delivery Partners (DP) to ensure successful deployment of solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of WMS Blue Yonder solutions for enterprise clientsCoordinate activities across client teams, internal stakeholders and Delivery Partners (DP)Manage project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful deliveryOwn project financials, including budget management and margin trackingEnsure projects are delivered within agreed budget while meeting margin expectationsAct as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and expectation managementIdentify risks, issues and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and timely escalationsFacilitate workshops, planning sessions and regular project governance meetingsEnsure alignment between business requirements and solution deliveryMonitor project progress, track KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersSupport resource planning and coordination across distributed teamsEnsure adherence to project governance, quality standards and best practicesDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with partnersQualifications:5+ years of WMS experience in project management, delivery coordination or similar rolesProven experience managing client-facing projects, including ownership of budget and marginExperience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholdersExperience in supply chain, logistics or enterprise software environmentsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similarAbility to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working with external partners and distributed teamsExperience managing change requests and scope evolution in client projectsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
