OverviewWe are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Counsel to support our growing EMEA business. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) (or equivalent), who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident advising on complex commercial transactions.Experience working on contracts across the Middle East is advantageous, but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of revenue-generating agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services contractsPartner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support deal execution while balancing legal risk and business objectivesProvide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal advice on commercial and contractual mattersTranslate business and operational requirements into clear, effective contractual termsSupport and improve internal legal processes, templates, playbooks, and empowerment materialsAdvise on data protection and privacy matters, including compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulationsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiativesStay informed on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments across EMEASupport broader Legal team projects and strategic initiatives as neededRemote working with occasional office attendance requiredQualifications & ExperienceQualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 2–5 years’ PQEExperience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (technology/SaaS preferred)Exposure to multi-jurisdictional work within EMEA; Middle East experience is a plusBackground in private practice and/or in-house legal teamsSkills & AttributesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk and business prioritiesConfident communicator, able to influence and advise stakeholders at all levelsPractical, solution-driven approach to legal challengesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail with a proactive, self-starting mindsetCollaborative team player Language SkillsFluency in English is essentialAdditional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous but not requiredOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
