This is where you make an impact.Your Day to DayAs a Customer Payment Support Specialist you would be working onInbound Collection Activities – You will work on a case and call queue providing support to ourcustomers via emails and calls.Solving Customer Disputes --- You will support our customers through efficient and timelydispute management and resolutionInterdepartmental Collaboration --- You will be collaborating with other departments daily in aneffort to solve customer disputes and answer customer inquiriesWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Customer Payment Support Specialist your background will look likeRelevant Experience: Previous experience in customer support, finance, or a similar environment where you focused on helping others.Adaptability: A resourceful and proactive approach to your work, with the ability to stay organized and comfortable when managing a high volume of tasks.Meaningful Connection: Strong communication and active listening skills to build positive relationships with both our customers and your team.English and Portuguese proficiency to effectively connect with our global community.Collaborative Mindset: A genuine desire to be a supportive teammate who works well with others toward shared goals.Financial Foundation: A basic understanding of financial transactions.Tech Readiness: Familiarity with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is a wonderful bonus, but we warmly welcome quick learners who are excited to pick up new tools!You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is verymuch the sum of its parts.
