We are looking for Senior Collections Specialist to join our Professional Collection team in Beijing. This role plays a critical role in optimizing the collections process and speed up collection. The team consists of 8 team members and is reporting to the Manager, Collections. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in collection.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fieldMore than 5 years of experience in complex collection environment, familiar with the entire process of risk control and dispute resolutionHave good sense of collection, be willing to actively contact customers to solve the dispute and speed up collection as daily priorityStrong communication skills and problem-solving skills is required to solve complex collection issueStrong learning ability, hardworking with good sense of responsibility, be willing to accept ad hoc jobGood English communication skillGood at office software, collection data analysis skills is requiredIt would be great if you are . . . Able to read and write in Korean, fluent in spoken Korean is preferredExperience for overseeing project is preferred, typically in APAC regionsWhat will you be doing in this role? Follow up Collection SOP to contact customers to ask for paymentManages and resolves complex collection cases, involving extensive analysis and negotiation with clientsManages the Accounts Receivable portfolio including overdue invoices, and ensures the organization maintains healthy cash flowOptimizes the collection process, improving payment timelines, and driving customer satisfactionResponsible for overseeing strategic initiatives that align with the organization's financial objectivesAbout the Team Collection team is responsible for collection in the APAC region. The team size is 8 people, working closely with clients, sales and other teams internally.
