The team works closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to improve performance, enable reliable integrations, and respond to evolving market needs.As a Technical Account Manager, you will coordinate technical relationships with global shopping partners, focusing on Google Comparison Shopping Services and Microsoft Advertising. You will support integrations, improve data quality and performance, and help translate business needs into practical technical solutions. This role involves collaboration across regions and teams, with exposure to partner onboarding, market insights, and ongoing optimisation efforts.What you will accomplish:Support onboarding of partners for shopping ads integrations by coordinating API configuration, data streams, validation, and delivery requirementsEnable reliable data exchange and high-quality integrations across feeds and APIs, improving performance and consistencyDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including guides and onboarding materials, to support partner readinessEstablish runbooks and incident response processes to resolve feed, tracking, and API issues and improve system reliabilityCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate business needs into effective technical solutionsContribute to market and industry analysis to identify trends and support proactive campaign strategiesAssist in identifying and onboarding new global partners to expand program reachWhat you will bring:3 or more years Experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Partner Engineering within ads, retail media, or e-commerce environmentsTechnical proficiency with REST APIs, data feeds (CSV/JSON), authentication, and troubleshooting integration issues at scaleExperience working with Shopping Ads (e.g., CSS or Merchant Center), including feed management, policy compliance, and performance optimisationAbility to support partner integrations through clear documentation, onboarding guidance, and structured implementation processesStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and international teamsExperience contributing to governance practices such as data privacy, partner diligence, and scalable onboarding processesWillingness to work across time zones from a Richmond-based role, with occasional travel for partner workshops and planning#LI-CH2Additional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
