If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting.A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills.Key Accountabilities:Manage payroll input according to deadlines  Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accountsSupport annual audits and preparation of financial statementsManage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessaryEnsure adherence to payroll regulationsAssist in system integration, including new applications and configurationEducation/Qualifications/Specialist Training:Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting8+ years of related experienceJournal creation and account reconciliationCorporate finance experiencePayroll processing managing inputs thru output review and approvalPayroll Benefit knowledgeAccuracy and attention to detail / prioritization / multitaskingCommunication skillsAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300.  As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
