Scope:The Planning Operate team supports global enterprise customers running mission-critical Demand and Fulfillment solutions on Blue Yonder SaaS platforms.Due to increased customer adoption of Planning SaaS solutions and growing complexity of integrated architectures, we are expanding the L3 SME support capability to strengthen escalation ownership, solution stability improvements, and service automation initiatives.Our current technical environment:Software: Java, Java Script, GIT, Rest API, XML/XSLT, MS SQL, PL/SQLApplication Architecture: MOCA, PageBuilder and IntegratorCloud Architecture: MS AzureDatabases – Oracle / SQL ServerWhat you’ll do:Escalation OwnershipResolve complex Demand & Fulfillment solution issuesLead root cause analysis for production defectsOwn solution stability improvementsPartner with engineering teams for fixesSolution ExpertiseAct as SME for:Demand PlanningFulfillment OptimizationCustomer Solution StabilityImprove platform reliability Drive recurring issue eliminationEnhance service adoption and consumptionDeployment & Upgrade SupportProvide technical leadership during:customer upgradesrolloutspatch deploymentspost-go-live stabilizationKnowledge EngineeringDocument recurring issuesBuild reusable troubleshooting patternsPublish knowledge base articlesSupport internal enablementWhat we are looking for:Must Have Requirements:Experience:10+ years SaaS / enterprise application support6+ years Supply Chain Planning domain experience in BYStrong exposure to Demand & Fulfillment modules including D360Technical Skills:Expert-level:Oracle SQL / PL-SQLUnix / Linux environmentsShell / Python scriptingProduction troubleshooting workflowsIntegration debuggingProcess KnowledgeCandidate should understand:Incident managementProblem managementChange managementSLA handlingTicket lifecycle ownershipTop notch communication skillsCustomer-facing support capabilityNice to Have:  Experience with:Azure cloud environments Splunk / AppDynamics monitoring Control-M schedulersOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
